Justices hear arguments about value of lost dog | Bill Rankin’s Legal Brief

I feel for the Plaintiffs here, but they have an uphill battle based on prior precedent.  I hope the Supreme Court will change this law.  Glad it was a lawyer’s dog because it would have been hard to find a lawyer to take this case.
